1.1 The Flusso365 Agent software ('Licensed Application') is part of the Flusso365 SaaS, which is designed to monitor outages of Microsoft Exchange. Licensed Application regularly sends notifications via an internal mail relay and will establish whether the information was sent successfully to a specific inbox monitored by Flusso365 SaaS.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this software license agreement ('License Agreement'), the Licensed Application is licensed to You by GrabX Solutions GmbH, located and registered at Ritterquai 8, Solothurn, 4500, Switzerland ('Licensor').
1.2 By downloading or using the Licensed Application You accept this License Agreement and You agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
2.1 Subject to the terms of this License Agreement, You are given a free of charge, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the Licensed Application as part of Licensor’s Flusso365 SaaS on any device You own or control ('Permitted Use').
All further rights of use remain reserved. Except with Licensor’s prior written consent or as permitted by law, You may not use the Licensed Application in any other way than the Permitted Use. In particular, You may not sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute, copy (except for backup purposes), alter, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof.
2.2 You acknowledge, that it is Your sole responsibility for determining whether the intended use of the Licensed Application is legally or contractually permissible. Nothing in this License Agreement shall be interpreted to restrict third-party terms. When using the Licensed Application, You must ensure that You comply with all applicable terms and conditions.
3.1 The Licensed Application requires a firmware version Windows Server 2008R2 and higher or Windows 7 or higher (TLS1.2 & 64 BIT OS are required). Licensor may update the Licensed Application and modify the technical requirements at its own discretion at any time.
You acknowledge Your responsibility to ensure and monitor that the devices on which You use the Licensed Application satisfies the currently applicable technical specifications.

However, You acknowledge, that Licensor is under no obligation, expressed or implied, to provide maintenance, technical or other support in connection with the Licensed Application.
5.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application does to Licensor’s best knowledge not contain spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download from Licensor’s official platform.
